The Virtual F&I Platform is an innovative solution tailored to meet your customers' needs and preferences. It ensures superior value and satisfaction throughout their car-buying experience. Our platform provides users with easy, on-demand access to comprehensive F&I solutions regardless of where their journey begins or ends.
As our customer, you have three packages:
VFI Rating Portal: This foundational license allows you to select and rate F&I products and e-sign documents within the application. It is one tool for delivering product-only sales, with the ability to rate F&I products quickly.
VFI Menu System: Extending the functionality of the rating to include access to an advanced menu system that is customizable to your needs. Integrated into the menu, you get access to digital content and sales tools to enhance the F&I experience for your customers. This also enables you to take advantage of Remote F&I and AI-powered virtual assistant for more flexibility.
VFI Digital Retail: Offers an end-to-end online car-buying experience for your customers. It allows you to meet your customers where they want to be while enabling you to sell a vehicle 100% online within a single platform. This all-inclusive license gives you the power to control the experience for your dealership.
